- Fermented soy like tempeh and nato are the only forms offering any nutritional benefits. Watch how soy is incorperated into the Asian diets, they know better. For America, soy is a business, not a food.

- Great point! I recently purchased goat milk ice cream (La Loo's) and had no stomach issues, after. Joy should be well-versed on how well goat milk is assimilated by humans. I find that Joy gives often promotes "commericalized" health information rather than beneficial, health promoting advice.

- Soy is one of the most harmful "food products" you can consume. Don't listen to Joy and do your own research...you would be appalled. Stop drinking it and don't allow your son to drink it.

- Go Karolyn! I don't understand why all these so called "nutritionists" continue to encourage Americans to follow out-dated information regarding our good health.
